- Préparation des Tartelettes : BEURRER 5 Moules à Tartelettes au Pinceau - Fariner les Moules avec 1 cuillère à soupe de FARINE dans une petite Passoire puis secouer les Moules - Disposer 12 moitiées de cerises par Moule - Verser la PÂTE par dessus



- Cuisson : Préchauffer le Four à 210°C - Placer les Moules au Four à 210°C et faire cuire pendant 10 minutes - Baisser la température à 180°C et faire cuire pendant 20 minutes


- Dressage : Servir le CLAFOUTI de préférence tiède - Soupoudrer chaque TARTELETTE avec 1/2 cuillère à café de SUCRE GLACE - Couvrir le dessus de la TARTELETTE avec de la CRÈME CHANTILLY



- Conservation : Conserver les CLAFOUTIS CUITS dans une Boîte Hermétique sur du Papier Sulfurisé
